I recently booked a load out of Warner Robins Ga. I can say I had no trouble, but I parked some miles away at a local truck stop. I do agree that this ordinance is out of the realm of common sense. I am glad that the trucking community sent in their letters and let these folks know exactly how they feel. We are not a nuisance or an eyesore, we bring everything you wear, eat, or use and you folks need to realize this. I also know that the base there depends on our services as well as the town. They should have known where their bread and butter lies. Our first news story here is an update to this ridiculous ordinance in the town. Good job truckers!
Two weeks after a Georgia community passed a nuisance ordinance restricting truckers from parking for more than two hours on private property within city limits, council members unanimously voted on Monday, March 4, to repeal the ban. OOIDA sent out a Call to Action to its Georgia members living near Warner Robins prior to the initial vote.

California judge sides with misclassified Seacon Logix drivers
